Network Problem
Hi, I would like to ask if any of you have the same problem with me, If you guys can solve this problem please help me out.
So, I have a problem with my yoodo line, It shows ‘Celcom 3G, ont he top corner of my screen. But I can’t make any call or browse any website too, I tried to Reset Network Setting in the setting, But nothing happen. And i tried to remove and put back the sim, then restart my phone. Still nothing happens.
I really need help in this. Thank you

Rasanya seluruh Malaysia ni. And I believe Yodoo know this problem even kita tak submit ticket pun. Kalau submit ticket paling tidak 3 hari dorang reply. Dorang akan reply, "Ye kita mengalami gangguan rangkaian data dan panggilan di lokasi bla bla bla". So tutup cerita. Customer pun melopong la sbb jawapan stop stakat tu je. Konsep Yodoo ni takda on the spot solution seperti telco lain yg ada careline 24 jam. Bila tak da internet, bkn setakat effect kpd personal matters (cth game, FB, IG, etc) namun melibatkan perkara rasmi juga. Tapi, Yodoo won't care until this part much.

kalau aku mencarut kang kau screenshot! Hey la weyh. bagi la notice ke apa trough email kalau kau nak betolkan server. tak ke gila tiba tiba internet data loss camtu. dah la tgh pkai hotspot support buat keje mmng naik drah btol. so kalau dah selalu sangat mcm ni.. mmng ke MCMC cyberjaya la jawabnya

Aku cadangkan korang semua prepare lah backup number dari telco lain. Zaman dah maju, henpon hampir semua dah boleh ada dua sim kan. Bukan nak backup yoodo, tapi time2 macam ni lah boleh berguna. Kalau ada emergency kan susah. Tak ada telco sekarang yang korang leh percaya 100%. Nasib baik yoodo ni secondary sim aku je.
