Bagaimana nak menukar no. yoodo ini ke no. celcom...Mahu menggunakan telco celcom semula...

  Pergi ke Celcom dan mohon dari sana utk mnp ke Celcom. Pihak mereka akan menguruskan perpindahan.

  Tuan kena pergi ke mana² kedai/booth Celcom. Cakap nak buat MNP. Dealer celcom akan buatkan. Pastikan sim yoodo ada pelan aktif. Min plan sms rm3. Oh ya, Kenapa nak bertukar ye? Rangkaian kan sama.

  Kalau nak tukar syarikat telco, cari Blue Cube yang berdekatan dan minta buat MNP di sana.

  Kalau nak tukar nombor 011 ke 019/013, tak payah buat MNP, minta nombor baru di Celcom. Lepas satu bulan nanti, boleh MNP balik ke Yoodo dengan nombor 019/013 tu.

  Hi FAZL. May I know why you want to port out from Yoodo? Yoodo shares celcom network so in term of network coverage it should be not an issue.

  Yoodo is compensating 3GB (for free) for all users right now due to the recent outage. You might want to take advantage of that. The free 3GB data will be automatically added to your account on your next renewal cycle.

  Ada sesiapa d sini yg dah tkar ke telco lain tak? I nak tkar telco sbb yodoo ni x best. Kena byar plan berasingan. What if i nak guna plan sms tapi just for 1-5 times for a month. Tak ke membazir. Dah tnya kat live chat but i really need someone yg dah experience change balik ke telco lain. Help me 😢

  Just go to the store of the telco you want to port in to. Then tell the person you want to port in your number. The person will help you to initiate the process. Remember to reply the port out confirmation email that Yoodo will send you within the given time frame.
  If you need any support from Yoodo, you can always Live Chat with Yoodo's agents.

  ROCHELLE PHEBE NONI, there is no single telco that is best in everything. There are always trade-offs to be considered and evaluated. Just pick and choose the most comfortable option for you. :)

  With today's handphone supporting dual sim, it is very flexible for us to plan according to our need. You can even have 2 sim cards from different telco to get the best of both side, if the phone support dual sim.

  For telcos with shop outlet, you just need to go to their main outlet (not the small reseller)  and tell them you want to port in to their service, they will do the MNP for you.

  Pada pendapat saya, jika memilih plan minimum 50mins call (RM5) and 50SMS (RM3) . Lepas ITU hanya beli plan Boost 3GB data (RM8) . Semuanaya hanya RM16. Saya percaya ini plan paling murah dapat cari. Untuk tukar ke Telco yang lain, anda boleh ke mana-mana cawangan Telco untuk membuat MNP di counter perkhimatan pelanggan sahaja.

  Hi MOHAMAD NORHAFSHAH BINNORZALEE , setiap line ada main plan yang aktif selama 30 hari. Setiap kali membeli Booster di bawah butang "Buy" akan menunjukan expire date booster itu seperti contoh saya main plan tinggal 26 hari expire pada 7 Jun.

  

   

   Jika main plan anda expire pada hari ini dan tidak membeli main plan yang baru. Line anda akan terminate dalam 60 hari dari hari ini. Sepatutnya 11 Julai 2019 adalah hari terakhir tetapi anda kata "my line will be terminate in june"

  saya pun nak tukar ke telco lain , line dia teramat la teruk .. sampai nak wasap pun sangkut. memang menyesal tukar .... aduan dah dibuat banyak kali tapi masih sama ...fyi , ni merupakan no ke 2 sy . dua2 no.yoodo sy ada masalah yg sama .
