Hey AARON DANIEL LEO, do call them up and ask why?

Also at the same time, do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat to ask if they can give some details (Sometimes we'll get notifications on why it's rejected too).

But if like no issues but keep getting rejected (unfortunately some telcos do this), please report this to SKMM and it'll be resolved asap! Looking forward to having you on board!

Best to call Hotlink to see why they keep rejecting your port out request. After you find out why, then it's easier to address the issue. If suka2 reject then follow Jeff's advise to report to SKMM. Somehow when there is a SKMM report, things magically move more smoothly.

    Hi Aaron,

You can follow this few steps:

Contact Yoodo's livechat before 9pm for checking reason of rejected.

If mismatch documents, kindly visit Maxis center for update your details first then try again MNP.

If you still got owned payments or tied with postpaid contract, please visit branch for payment and photocopy all evidences. Try again MNP later.

If other reasons, kindly lodge complain report https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/ and then submit ticket to Maxis. Normally they will let you go in next MNP.

To ensure that your porting request is approved, please ensure:

    • No overdue payments with your current mobile service provider.
    • No contract with your current mobile service provider.
    • Correct identification details.
    • Your account is active.

Contract normally applies when you get free phone or buy phone at discounted price from the telco. Normally for postpaid plan, like the one in the Hotlink Postpaid Flex.
