Port out From HotlinkAnswered
I want to port out from hotlink but they keep on rejecting. Any terms and conditions that I need to follow for it to be successful?

Also at the same time, do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat to ask if they can give some details (Sometimes we'll get notifications on why it's rejected too).
But if like no issues but keep getting rejected (unfortunately some telcos do this), please report this to SKMM and it'll be resolved asap! Looking forward to having you on board!

To ensure that your porting request is approved, please ensure:
- No overdue payments with your current mobile service provider.
- No contract with your current mobile service provider.
- Correct identification details.
- Your account is active.
You can follow this few steps:
Contact Yoodo's livechat before 9pm for checking reason of rejected.
If mismatch documents, kindly visit Maxis center for update your details first then try again MNP.
If you still got owned payments or tied with postpaid contract, please visit branch for payment and photocopy all evidences. Try again MNP later.
If other reasons, kindly lodge complain report https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/ and then submit ticket to Maxis. Normally they will let you go in next MNP.
