SAYA ADA MASAALAH, SIM CARD SUDAH SAMPAI KEPADA SAYA, DAN LINE TELCO YANG SEKARANG PUN SUDAH PUN DO PORT OUT OLEH CELCOM. DAN SEKARANG NI TIADA NETWORK,.
SAYA TELAH CUBA MENGAKTIFKAN SIM YOODO, TAPI GAGAL, DAN SAYA TELAH MENERIMA SMS DARI DENGAN ALASAN SILA HUBUNGI TELCO CELCOM KERANA PERMOHONAN SAYA UNTUK PORT IN KE YOODO TELAH DIBATALKAN OLEH CELCOM..
INI TERLALU MEMENINGKAN SAYA, SEKARANG INI SIM TELCO CELCOM YANG SAYA INGIN TUKAR KE YOODO, TELAH TIADA NETWORK. DAN NO SAYA TELAH DI PORT OUT OLEH CELCOM..

Hi, Nadia is correct.
I suggest you contact Yoodo livechat for assistance, then walk-in to nearest Celcom branch for better understanding why suddenly Celcom canceled your port-out request while suspend your line.
After that, write a formal complaint to SKMM - https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/ and update to Yoodo livechat, so that Yoodo staff can help you follow-up closely with Celcom side.

Hi NUR ANIS HAFIZA BINTI RAMLY, if your current Telco (celcom) dah takde line, meaning Port Out is succesful. But if you receive info saying your port out is Not successful, then yes follow the advice above and get in touch with Celcom directly, I think call them also okay.
Yoodo can't solve this for you cause we have no control over what your existing Telco does or doesn't do. Once they 'ok' your port out request, then it's all about activating your line in Yoodo.
