  Yes, you can receive smses without an sms plan. The sms plan is for sending smses.

  Ong, you can receive incoming sms as long as your number activate or within 60-days grace period.

  Hi ONG GHEE BENG , there should be no problem whenever you dont choose the plan, still can receive.
