Unable to join server on Dashboard

Trying to read my line usage but got a message of "unable to join server. Please try again later.

  Same here, All tabs including, timeline, notifications and help they work, except Dashboard tab not working.

  I already force closed the app, clear storage and cache, yet the problem is still persisting.

  Any help?

  FYI, backend server was having technical issues, technicians is resolving it now.

  I see. Thank you Wong for the update. I checked now the app, it is back to normal and Dashboard works fine now.

  Ya me too right now..help me i cannot see my dashboard and supposedly tonight i renew my data..i have assignment to do during midnight😅

  My app works fine though. Maybe try to uninstall the app, restart phone and then install app again, it helps sometimes.
