I want to cancel my order today because i change my mind?how can i do that?

  If your SIM is still unactivated, no need to do anything. It will cancel by itself after awhile. Pass the SIM to someone else, it is still usable.

  The SIM delivered to you is an empty SIM, still usable as long as not activated for new registration.

  If you ordered blank sim, just ignore activation and keep the simpack.

  If you brought with plans, please livechat with Yoodo for follow-up.

  If you order your SIM with a plan and without activation. Just ignore lah. No need to cancel.

  The SIM is still a blank SIM, even with pre-ordered plan.

  Only activated SIM, you need to contact Live Chat(at the bottom of the page).

  Hi Yoodo Guest, SIM card adalah percuma. Pembayaran hanya perlu semasa aktifkan SIM .

  Kalau port in dengan plan, bila SIM card datang tak payah bayar lagi kerana plan sudah dibayar semasa order.
