    Base on your story:
    By system you may pass the requirements, but your account will verified again by the staff, since some information is not right, then your account suspended. That's how Yoodo operate the registration. For unsuspend your account, only can do via email/live chat agent.

    As for your chat history with Yoodo's agent, you didn't provide full chat, so I can't comment on that. However, customers always right (actually I hate this word 😅), how bad the situation he/she should be talk 'nicely' to customers.

    Yes, I understand the registration procedures after I insisted for clarifications. This issue happened just because the scanning step won't detect my mother's IC.

    If you could see the point here, it's not about whether I am right or wrong.

    The main purpose of this post are to address the following issue:

    The Live Chat agent was being impatient and rude when dealing with customers' queries. As the agent just wanted to rush through his/ her work by keep pushing me to send my selfie image (to unsuspend) without the intention of hearing me out first. It is as if I have no rights to ask any questions or provide any form of feedbacks. In fact I just tried to explain my situation from my point of view as the agent said this may be considered as a fraud. And I was just asking a couple of questions to understand what has caused the verificafion to fail. But the agent was like "Oh sorry, if you don't want to cooperate with us, we are unable to assist you." 😠 I mean like, hey, can you be patient for a short while? Just chill and listen to my situation first. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Note: I did not post the full chat history here as I think it is unnecessary and too long, so I just posted part of the chat. I believe the team has my chat history with Request #137100.

    Suggestion:
    Regular internal quality check should be done or the live chat agent shall be trained to serve customer with patience as being polite and patience are the qualities that shall be portrayed in your customer service team.

    Hi Looi,

    Totally understood your disappointing and frustrated but Yoodo had to comply with SKMM protocols as well.

    For my experiences, Yoodo is overall friendly and helpful.

    Why not you just provide the selfie for verification and seeking for solutions.

    By the ways, if you feel this agent is not friendly then why not looking for another agents or submit a ticket for follow-up case?

    Anyway, I'll forward your case to our Community Manager Jeff, he might come back to you after his holidays.

    Hi LOOI YUERN YII, thanks for highlighting this. Firstly, on behalf of Yoodo, I'd like to personally apologize for this experience, in fact this is the first time I'm hearing of such experience in our 1 year of service so far. 

    You've raised a valid point that it's important to explain to our customers the situation, I assume they thought the initial email was sufficient to address that. Nevertheless, rest assured I'll personally raise this up to the team and ensure all our customer service agents up their level of awesomeness (Even the ones who're already pretty amazing). 

    Thanks for taking the time to write and explain all this down. We really mean it when we say #youdoitbetter and because you did, it will help us get better on the areas raised above and hopefully, it'll never happen again!

    You can contact livechat and agent will manually credit for you later.
    Could be delayed/technical issues by third-party payment gateway.

Jika anda kekalkan number sendiri dalam proses pendaftaran Yoodo, ianya akan mengambil masa 1-3 Hari berkerja.     MUHAMAD SHAFIS BINMOHD SAIFULNIZAM mungkin salah keyin nombor simcard. cuba gunakan sekali lagi no sim tu.. kalau masih boleh pakai lagi maksudnya  ada salah masuk no simcard.. kalau no sim tu tak boleh pakai mugkin ada masalah lain... boleh hubungi livechat untuk tindakan selanjutnya

    Hi Tan Pak LIM, to confirm is the SIM card activated? If yes then you can just terminate the line by  open your Yoodo apps and go to menu bar - select "Manage your lines" then choose " Terminate a line" and follow the instructions to pick a line for termination. Thanks.

    MUSTARI BIN Cuba buat balik prosesnya, pastikan detail seperti nama tu betul, tengok nama macam tak complete. Mungkin ada effect sebab detail tak sama dengan telco asal. Mungkin la.

    Saya pengguna plan yoodo yang telah mengekalkan no lama.. Tapi, hanya 2 hari sahaja saya dapat menikmati pelan tersebut. Kemudian, tiba-tiba rangkaian plan yoodo tidak aktif selepas saya tertekan "replace sim"..
    Soalan saya - boleh ka saya dapatakan no saya itu semula?? Dengan plan yoodo??? Mohon bantuan segera.. Saya ingin no saya aktif semula..
