Amount rm33 has been deducted via Maybank2u upon registration and it's failed. I tried using CC to re-register and it's successful. So how can I get my refund? Kindly advise.

  Instead of refund, you can ask Yoodo's agent to verify your payment and add the money into your wallet. So next plan renewal if you still using RM33 plan you can use auto renew using credit in your wallet.

  I would suggest you contact Yoodo thru bottom livechat button and ask for refund or credit into wallet for next auto-renewal.
