I'm new user here. Recently joined. I found that everytime the internet connection will get hang / unable to use when it comes to 12am. It resume to normal for 1 to 2 mins after.

Meanwhile, the average download speed is around 7-8 mbps (which I find rather slow) but the upload speed is 20-30mbps?

Please help, thanks

  Hi, another user has also brought up this issue in another thread (link below). Please Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to report this issue so that they can follow up with Celcom's network team to investigate further.

  Please lodge report directly to Yoodo thru bottom livechat button.

  Scheduled maintenance in midnight is quite normal for any services in order to provide better and smoother experiences for next following days.

  Since you can get faster upload speeds, this meaning your neighborhood was crowded with Celcom, Redone, XOX, Tunetalk users too. Try other APN such as Yoodo to see got any improvement?
