    Ya betul dia akan hantar ke email, tapi cuba check dalam wallet Yoodo. Kalau online banking nilai yang kita topup tu akan masuk ke wallet terlebih dahulu. Kemudian aktifkan sim dgn buat pembayaran & pemotongan melalui wallet yoodo.

    Susah ni 🤔....invoice pun ada, nama pun still yoodo guest, step apa yg tak lepas lgi....terpaksa tunggu esok pagi la ye untuk bantuan lanjut dengan team Yoodo melalui Live Chat jam 9 pagi.

    Same problem here...transfer two times money but it failed, didn't update data for me. Money deduct two times, pls pay me back money.

    1st time sy guna camtu gak..kena mntk online help..diorg akn mntk confirmation transfer no yg kita bank in tu..after verify diorg akn pulangkn ke wallet..

    There is a few cases on payment successful but not credited into the wallet in the community. Like what have been explained by @Kadir, contact live agent so they can verify the payment and proceed accordingly.

    Dont worry..if paid just contact cs.. this is a problem with yoodo.. have to contact cs everytime update payment thru online banking

    This is known bugs happended with payment servers, kindly contact Yoodo livechat for assistance.

    Between, this bug is underfixing soon.

  • Saya topup RM12, siapa kata transaksi berjaya lagi tapi dalam akaun yoodo kata payment failed. Saya pun dapat email kata payment berjaya. 😑

    NUR IZZATI AL AIN BINTIABDUL GHANI, please contact with Yoodo agent with Live Chat after 9am so that the payment can be rectified and reflected in the e-Wallet if transaction was successful.
