Hi yodoo
I recently port out from digi, 1st time i request a sim to port out, i had selected suitable data and voice for my plan, as my yodoo sim arrived, i decided to change my previous plans, not to go with 1st choice and setup for my new desired plans , if you understand. Now when i open yodoo app the port out request still pop out with 1st choice of plans, how to get rid out of it. And now i cannot buy more data, when click error occured, i have bought 1 new number yodoo sim and i can see buy more option but this mnp number get error.

  Hi, is your MNP number already activated to Yoodo's network?
  You can Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to check in their system. So far, don't quite understand why is there an error when buying more data.

  I have uninstalled and installed again.. but it goes same.. so i decide to have a live chat..the live chat team is very responsive.. thumbs up

  Syukur dah selesai. Sudah boleh beli booster? Kalau beli booster data, baik saudara terus renew plan ambil promo 20gb=rm20. Sekarang dah boleh renew plan bila-bila masa.
