    thanks for the update bro, I've spoken to the customer care agents as well. Think everyone got confused for a lil while so let me help to set the records straight ya..

    FACEBOOK ADD-ON: Includes FACEBOOK APP & FACEBOOK MESSENGER APP (ALL Calls, video Calls, messages and videos sent/received VIA FB Messenger App)

    ** When you tether/hotspot to another device OR use browser to type in facebook, it does Not use FB Add-ON but uses main data bucket)

    But i get different confirmation from the Yoodo staff as seen below, FB Messenger call& video call will deduct from the FB add on quota. So, which is which?

    Supposed to be using addon quota but currently Yoodo is investigating this issues with Celcom, hopefully can be resolve.

    Everyone was so hype on the RM20 for 20gb previously for months, no one ever find out the bugs on all these add on. Now is the time to sort them out.

    Whatapps quota does not covers video/voice call is kinda obvious at the moment.

    Somehow FB messenger usage covered by the FB quota seem is uncertainty?

    Need to resolve this soonest as now only mid of the promotion period. Might getting more comments on this topic.

    I cant buy any add on rn and i really fcked up🤦🏻‍♂️And i already make my umobile number to yoodo number but it doesn't work , no function. Fck pening do

    Do you purchase the main data before proceed with any addon? it is a mandatory.

    MOHAMAD-AMMAR-AUFA-BINMOHD-YASIR you have to pick and buy the add-ons right after you have selected your main basic data. If you only selected your main basic data without picking any of the add on, and then you finalize your plan, then you are no longer able to buy the RM1 add-ons afterwards.

    Sepatutnya takde masalah kalau nak change plan kecuali bila butang change plan akan jadi warna kelabu (tak berfungsi). Ini berlaku bila kita switch off fungsi auto renew :)

    Ya mameng boleh change plan bilabila masa saja tapi plan baru hanya akan bermula selepas plan sedia ada tamat. Setiap plan cycle adalah 30 hari.

    Refer balik pada post asal. Saya nak confirmation, adakah penggunaan data untuk video/ voice call dalam app whatsapp akan gunakan data dari main bucket?
    Jadi, bucket add on whatsaap hanya gunakan untuk messaging sahaja (text, video, voice message, image, etc...)?
