Hi Yoodo User,
Tiada apa isu, cuma nak ‘double confirm’ je.
Video call WhatsApp termasuk sekali dalam add on WhatsApp kan..??

Mengenai add on Facebook pula, adakah pengunaan FB Messenger plus video call FB Messenger termasuk menggunakan data add on FB ?

  Hi, whatsapp addon doesn't include video calls.

  For FB meseenger, Jeff said "calls" so not too sure if that means voice and video calls or not.

  6 days ago, Jeff did give some update to the whatsapp video call situation for whatsapp addons.

  Anyway, you could also Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to clarify on this and the FB messenger video calling as well.

  MOHD SHAFIZUL EFENDYBIN JALIL, at the moment, as per Jeff's comments, video-call with whatapps if deducted from main data. It seem to be debatable as Jeff mentioned that FB calls is part of FB addon bundle. 

  Perhaps after you raised this to live chat agent can update us in this post.

  Fresh update @7/1/19 10:14 with the live chat staff, Whatsapp voice call and video call will use your main data, however FB messenger voice and video call will cover under the FB add on quota.

  I have flagged this inconsistencies to the staff that it makes Whatsapp addon a total white elephant if voice & video call not being included in the whatsapp addon quota - no one will ever use up the 20GB by whatsapp texting alone.He said will reflect to the product team to look into this. 

  To me, this is an unfair bugs & hidden condition to the user and need serious and quick attention, some of us may use whatsapp video call happily and then end up exhausting their main data.

  Yea. people might not been aware on this and purchase the addon.

  @Jeff & Yoodo team, if currently whatapps addon does not cover voice/video calls, it would be better to state it clearly to avoid any interest conflict.

  MOHD-HAIRUDIN-BIN-HARYADI  If I were you, i will live chat with the staff and tell them this. You cannot be punished for this  because no one know whatsapp add on does not include voice call & video call, and it does not display this exclusion explicitly right beside the Whatsapp add on purchase button.

  Saya bersetuju dengan cadangan rakan-rakan. Panggilan video sama ada melalui Messenger mahupun Whatsapp sepatutnya ditolak dari kuota aplikasi berkenaan.

   

  Bak kata Yoodo, tiada kejutan bil, no bill shock. Panggilan video ditolak dari kuota utama akan menyebabkan kejutan.
