Data Monster
I know i have to wait for the expiry of 30 days if I want to change my plan. What if, after subscribing to a plan, I find that I need a bigger data for that one month and the plan I had subscribed for is not enough. Yes, I can buy a booster but the booster is just not enough for me.
I mean subscribing for 50GB plan at RM78 is better than adding a booster for RM38 for 8GB. You would incur more by purchasing a booster instead of just subscribe for a higher data.
So there is really no way to change that plan midway? My 20GB quota is almost up and it's not even half a month yet.
I should've subscribed for 100GB at rm98 as im a data maniac.
Hope someone can help me who loves browsing the internet, streaming online videos rather than watching some YouTube, instagramming etc to choose a perfect plan.

Couldn't agree more with your suggestion.
Previously there's the 'Value for money rm20=20gb' package in the booster so that we can easily buy and buy and buy if the need arises.
Now, if just in case we need to add more data, it became a lost for not subscribing the main big data package in the initial subscription.Hopefully there's a similar booster type which can replace the previous rm20 promo.

I suggest to have an option for people to change their billing cycle by paying a few bucks (says rm10). By paying rm10, we can terminate current billing cycle and start over a new one where you can choose your plan again. Freedom to change billing cycle can be part of yoodo customization feature as well!

Yea. I do agree that, the booster upper limit should be increased further (buy more at one time cheaper than buy several boosters) or add-ons should be listed under booster. In such the user may have more flexibility instead of waiting for the next renewal cycle.
FOONG WENG KHONG, paying rm10 to change the renewal cycle is not cheap, haha...

LOH-JIK-NEN If you consider that you can actually get a more comfortable plan in a faster way instead of booster that cant satisfy you, the penny you spend is worthy.

NUR DALILAH BTDA HALIB glad you're a Data Monster! I've also been wanting larger denomination for Data and Voice. I can tell you it's in the works, but just not gonna be up so soon.
Also, having Add-ons as 'Boosters', meaning can purchase anytime would help more users (not you).
Let's see what we can do, something I really hope would be ready this year (soonest possible)! But we hear you! We Do! :D

make it the unbeatable price, Rm0.50 for 1GB.
This would knock down the rest.

wow, 100GB habis tak sampai sebulan.
memang best ni, kerja review movie setiap hari agaknya.. hehe..
cadangan,
jika phone support, guna 2sim, 1 for voice/sms, 1 for data.
so, sim yg data tu, ambil 2-3 sim yoodo.
jangan letak auto renew.
habis je 100gb sim1, insert sim2 pula, purchase lg 100gb.
adios.

Haha, good to see Yoodo didn't lost their minds to other telco, SOME of their users kept abusing bandwidth and resources which causing not fair to other users.
Apparently Affordable nd Reliable is more important for Yoodo and users. Battle in prices will eventually repeat paths of Tron and Buzzme...
Kudos for Yoodo.

@NUR DALILAH
True. There is clear inconvenience when you can’t renew plan mid cycle. Nak beli data besar takut rugi tak habis. Nak beli data kecil takut sangkut tengah bulan kekurangan data.
Workaround = sediakan dua simkad yoodo. Bila satu sim habis kuota tengah jalan dan kena tunggu cukup bulan untuk renew, just grab another sim (backup) dan beli plan baru. Selang seli. Jangan lupa offkan auto-renewal. Dengan cara ni juga boleh berjimat kalau kita lebih guna internet untuk youtube/fb/instagram/whatsapp. Pasal benda2 ni lagi murah dengan add-on yang boleh dibeli during plan renewal/purchase je.

@Yoodo Guest, It's 20GB per month. Because it's not enough, I should have subscribed for 100GB per month (cheaper) rather than keep on purchasing the booster. But I have to wait for 1 month if I want to change the current 20GB plan to other plan. That's the concerns actually.
Anyway, I appreciate the suggestion. -
Sediakan dua simkad yoodo required dual sim phone. Haha. Too bad not every mobile have such function. otherwise you need to change sim card which is hassle.

tapi nak carry two fon pun rasa berat lei. carry mifi boleh fikir. haha
