OK Hi everyone, back again with another question, so for example

I have 1 number currently using Yoodo, HOW IF I port out to another telco, and maybe in a month later just activate a different number under Yoodo

Question,
Does my email still exist, means I can still login to Yoodo Web/Apps?
Does my credits inside my wallet still exist?

I'm asking because I still need the referral bonus

Ps: don't be a score hunter

    Logic guess, the wallet ties to your account (email). So even tho you already port out your num, your acc is still there, active. Need Jeff to confirm this.

    If you don't terminate your Yoodo account, then should still be there. I think i read somewhere, you need to Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to delete or terminate the Yoodo account. So if you didn't do that, should still be fine. Let's wait for Jeff's reply.

    "Your credit in your wallet will not expire as long as your account is still active. Your credit will only be cleared if you decide to terminate your account."

    Since you only have 1 number in Yoodo, I bleieve when that number expires, your account will expire too.

    Setahu saya, Kredit dalam wallet tidak akan luput selagi akaun yoodo (bukan no ya) aktif kecuali akaun telah di'terminate' oleh pemilik barulah kredit akan luput. terima kasih

    Biar ja sim tu tetap aktif..dekat overseas boleh guna...roaming plan ada..pegi kat mana.Cuba check roaming area at website

    Tak pun, beli ja pelan 50 sms. Setahun RM 36. Pakailah sampai habis kredit dalam dompet, hahaha.

    Oh, lagi satu. Tahun depan katanya kredit dalam dompet tu boleh dipindahkan. Jadi, kalau risau duit dalam tu hilang, boleh pindahkan kepada saya terlebih dahulu 😇.

    Nop, won't get Activation Bonus again either on the same email and/or same Passport/NRIC numbers. 

    I would agree with the guys above, cheapest way to keep your number is to just purchase RM 3 sms. Have a good trip! :)

    Err @Jeff you're talkin abt first time bonus activation right? I think Belly is asking about wallet expiration. All the $$$ in the wallet from referrals would be gone if he terminates his main line?

    Kalau tak silap kredit dalam wallet tiada tempoh luput walaupun akaun tersebut tidak ada nombor yang aktif.

    Tested: My friend didn't renew Yoodo's plan, after the all line has been terminated, his wallet balance is still there. After few weeks, he try to activate new sim using wallet balance and successful. It's mean your wallet balance won't expired.

    Please be informed that i have make a succesfull payment of RM114.54 via online banking, however during the transaction on yoodo apps is not successfull.

    In that case, you have to contact live chat agent tomorrow. They will credit the money into your wallet after verification.
