Service is bad !
AnsweredSeriously I’m tired of waiting to be ported in.. it has been for over 2 days. So just cancel my request ! I’m just going to ported to another telco then ! Your service is very bad! Thanks !

And already called the maxis centre. They already approved my request to be ported out.. I’ve been told to wait for the confirmation sms from yoodo. And haven’t received any for over 2 days ! Forced me to subscribe another internet package from hotlink just to check out any updates from yoodo !!! This is so annoying ! 😡

I received these two smses when porting in to Yoodo.
"We've received your port in request and activation is in progress. After you receive an SMS confirmation within 24 hours, just pop your SIM into your phone!"
"Activation success! Pop your Yoodo SIM into your phone now to start experiencing the plan created by you!"

Mr Wong, i only get one of those sms that said “we’ve received your port in request........”
Still don’t get the confirmation sms.. already talked to the maxis operater and already walked into maxis centre. They told me they accept my request to port out. Only need confirmation from yoodo to be ported in. -

agree with saya suka yoodo, ROZLAN BW CHE MOHAMED do lodge a complaint with MCMC.
There's no reason we (yoodo) want to delay customer from porting in to our service, infact if we can force all MNP to be immediate, we will! These are things beyond our control, purely dependent on your existing Telco. Other big telcos probably are getting afraid too many port out to Yoodo and just something try to make it harder for people to do so (don't quote me on this).
So yea, exercise your consumer rights! Lodge a complaint. At the end of day, #youdoitbetter ;)

my port in just take around 2days
DAY 1,
-.noon, go maxis counter separate my sub line to 2main lines and request port out for all lines
- night, SMS receive on maxis port out confirm and reply before midnight
DAY 2,
- noon, call from maxis CS trying to talk me to change my mind, rejected and confirm port out
- evening, SMS from maxis saying port out in progress and will receive SMS once success
- night, around mid night try call my friend only realize my line already port out to Yodoo, but i dint receive any SMS??
- change to Yodoo SIM then only received SMS saying my line has been change to Yodoo
