Line 3g only
Kenapa yaa saya line hnya dapat 3g/h+ sebelum nii sya mmg daa guna yoodo sim dan dapat lte line 4g dan skrg sya guna yoodo sim yg bru lagi dan hanya dapat line 3g saja..

Yes im not lying .. now im using celcom data its 4g .. when i change to yoodo data its 3g .. my phone is dual simcard .. firstly i put in sim 2 my yoodo sim, but its 3g .. so i think its maybe cause from my fone .. now i put yoodo sim at sim 1 and celcom at sim 2 changes place .. its still same .. yoodo 3g and celcom 4g .. so i guess its not come from my phone right ..

Hi HOW KAI PING, the troubleshooting advice given is correct, as most often if not all the time - it's solved that way. Yours was probably the first incident of this H+ issue we've seen a few for now, thus that's why I've asked the above to get in touch with our agents so we can escalate it accordingly. In your case I believe they reached out to you via email to get more info as they couldn't get it during Live Chat.

Nfon sya j7 pro ... dua2 sim support 4g.. seperti yg sya pernah nyatakan di atas, ni sim yoodo sya yg kedua .. tempat sim 1 sya letak celcom dan sim 2 sya letak sim yoodo .. masa sya mggunakan sim yoodo sya yg pertama kali .. sya letakkan di tempat sim 2 dan line nya 4g .. bila sya mggunakan sim yoodo yg kedua ini , sya letakkan d tempat sim 2 line nya 3g, sya sangka mungkin dri nfon, sya tukar tempat sim celcom masuk sim 2 dan sim yoodo masuk sim 1 tapi hasil nya tetap sama, sim celcom (sim2) 4g dan sim yoodo (sim1) 3g..

Fresh SIM activation here. Also having the same exact problem. H+ and my line can't be used for anything other than chatting. Simple website also cannot load, let alone video. The line quality is as if I've used my data quota finished like that. Looks like I'll be doing a livechat session of my own.

As mentioned above, please contact yoodo agents via Live chat so that they can escalate the issue to the relative department.
Isu congestion masa festive season Tak masuk akal. Kena lak deepavali esok tapi line dah congested. Mana mungkin.
Sebelum ni kalau malam raya/new year/cny baru busy sebab masa tu semua orang nak buat last minute wishes. Its 2018!
