Port in rejected
Basically I have already settled previous month payment for Umobile.. left only some unbilled amount 2.00++ with this I unable to port in... Headache la... Keep reject my port in

CHAI CHEONG SOON if you don't have any outstanding with U Mobile anymore, and request still rejected.. you can lodge a complain with MCMC, can do it on their website itself, quite straight forward.
No telco can reject their customers from porting out. Some make it harder, asking you to fill forms, or because of some outstanding etc but legally no one should stop you :)

Status telco saya sekarang ialah UNIFI, dan sy adalah downline ke-4, 1 famili pengguna unifi. Sy nak tukar ke Yoodo dan kekalkan nombor lama, cuba activate yoodo gunakan apps, tetapi unifi tak port out sy dari rangkaian. Unifi kata tak boleh 'separate' dr main line, hanya boleh terminate shj. Betul ke begitu? Atau ada cara lain? Tolong bantu saya.....

I've got that done by raising the case to SKMM - aduan.skmm.gov.my1) Raise your case with WEBE, get a report number
2) Raise a case with MCMC at link above give them Webe report number
3) SKMM will help to chase and follow up till your line get separated

honestly this yoodo comunity forum is very not-user-friendly, should at least give a reply button like the others forums.
if i use yoodo apps basically i unable to fnd this back.... lol.. now i use desktop computer and click the link from my email to open this, should have option to see all my post ma..

Untuk pindahkan nombor dari syarikat lain ke Yoodo, kena dapatkan SIM Yoodo terlebih dahulu.

hello boleh saya tahu saya nak berkomunikasi dengan siapa pasal saya punya pendaftaran yoodo ni. Sebab tadi saya call umobile centre pasal pernukaran port in saya dari no umobile ke yoodo customer service umobile cakap pihak yoodo ada salah masukan no ic saya.
