  • You need to contact digi to verify your ic number, if it's incorrect, you need to fix it with digi.

    Are you the registered owner of the Digi line? Maybe when registering the Digi number last time, one IC number got keyed in wrongly ke? Best to check with Digi to get the details why it was rejected.

    in that case jave to go to digi center and ask them to change accordingly on the spot.

    Cuba call operator DiGi atau pergi ke pusat servis yang berdekatan dan tanyakan apa sebab portout ditolak?. Bila sudah kenal pasti masalahnya, tuan/puan selesaikan masalah tersebut dan buat sekali lagi proses aktifkan SIM dengan Yoodo.. semoga membantu
