ROAM LIKE HOME 2: BETA TESTING for 41 COUNTRIES
Hi guys, we'll be launching RLH2 - adding 41 countries to the list! woohoo! :D
As we're not able to test extensively in every one of these single of these countries individually, would like to ask for help from our community to try it out!
It'll start from Next Monday onwards for a week or two. During this testing, you'll be able to purchase Roam Like Home 2 at RM 0! Yup FREE, in return, just need your feedback on it ;)
If you'll be able to test, please reply this thread with;
1) When you'll be travelling?
2) Where will you be travelling to? City (and country)
3) For how long will you be there

OK guys, RLH 2 is UP UP UP! Update your Yoodo APP ya (it's up both on google playstore and apple Appstore).
RLH 1 (the same RM 10 remains)
RLH 2 (beta testing period for 41 countries, so it's FREEEEEEE! Just need to purchase, ensure APN is set to yoodo)
All the best! And RM 20 for 20 GB is still on .. so that's like 20 GB DATA in say.. UK ROAMING for FREE! Feel like I need to go for holiday now lol

Vietnam: Hanoi, Halong, Hue, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Saigon
Thailand: Satun (my house just opposite but receive-able Thai telco) and Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai.
Portugal/Spain: 1 of our girl mate going soon.3) For how long will you be there

There should be an App update I believe today, which will have the RLH 2 on it. So, technically hasn't start yet!

Hi Low, you can roam for free, daily renew manually.
Hi Wong, you can activate/purchase in home/abroad, I've tested both methods.
Hi Kee, you can tether your quota and fully using your 2GB but at RLH2 prices as beta is ending soon.
Hi Jeff, I was saw few calls from Yoodo while abroad but heard no voices when pickup. Anything I can help?

Hi WONG ZENG JIE, yes can - once you've changed the APN, just restart the phone.
If you've already purchased RLH 2 then just use Data or Make a Voice call or send an SMS. This will trigger/activate the RLH2 pack and you're good to go.
Depending on the roaming partners Network, there are cases where our customers needed to wait 2-3 mins or a bit more before the RLH 2 starts once you've done the Data/Voice/SMS trigger :)

Hi HO YONG LU, Thailand is part of Roam Like Home (1), it's been available for a few months now at RM 10 p/day. You can purchase this directly from your Yoodo App :)

RLH2 is already LIVE on Beta mode. Just ensure your App is updated and you'll be able to purchase it FREE at the moment. Enjoy your travels, if there's any issues -do get in touch with our agents via Live Chat and they'll be able help you through.
So far we've not had any issues as long as the APN is set to yoodo :)

LEE CHIA WEN just ensure you've purchase Roam Like Home & that your APN is set to yoodo
That's it, once you're there either try using your data/sms/call (this will trigger the RLH). After that if still can't use Data, just wait for a few mins, and restart phone and try again. Should be all okay.
You can use Softbank or docomo Network in Japan :)
