hi SOFIA REHAN BINTI RAMLI, we do have actually.. obviously if you didn't receive means something is broken :/
where did you travel to? I'm raising this up to our Network team! Thanks again

Hi @theJeff,
I went to Chiang Mai. Signal was at full bar all the time but no operator listed ("Emergency calls only"), so that is why I thought it is strange that I couldn't receive any SMS.I asked my friends in Malaysia to send me an SMS, but they received a reply that the text didn't go through coz my phone is switched off.
Hope this can be sorted out soon :) thanks

Thanks for the info SOFIA REHAN BINTI RAMLI :)
Weird tho, cause we have the welcome SMS working in Thailand, and I've personally used it as well.
Was your APN set properly like on the post by DENJAYNAVEER ASLAM BIN TANJUI above?
I'm also getting my Network team to see if there's any reason why you didn't get it :)

You sure the country isn't covered? We're releasing a bunch of Countries under RLH 2 actually :D

Hi DING SIEW YONG, there's no quota/data throttling on Yoodo. During RLH, it depends on how much Data you have on your account, as long as you have Data, you should get the max speed possible.
As for the speed, this will depend on the Roaming Network over there that you're connected to, the signal strength etc. I think it's best you get in touch with our agents via Live Chat directly so they could check your connections and advice accordingly :)
