    Cadangan yg bagus sbb seperti yg berlaku 2 hari lepas, sistem dashboard down utk kira2 2 jam dan semua pengguna Yoodo tak dpt semak usage, beli booster, etc.

    My proposal is not intended to bring down Yoodo's reputation as a 100% digital telco and no harm to any party wants on the user or yoodo himself, even more victorious on the yoodo side itself. in line with the 100% digital theme, Yoodo needs to be more efficient in various digital angles and do not expect solely on the application. Make this website a fully featured and functional and system wide and capable capability when it comes to situations such as an application having a time consuming problem to recover, yes it might seem trivial to a yoodo that simply can say "sorry sorry" but not at Our point of view as a user, time and quality is very important. Yoodo must be more responsible in the future ...
    (except involving sim activation using the camera then the smartphone is more relevant).

    And I am aware that such a suggestion had previously been raised, did yoodo have any efforts to go that way or just look at it? ...

    I am very interested in yoodo and yoodo is the main communicant I am using today..yoodo is not yet up to the age per year but already have multiple good and loyal users, please dont disappointment us and hope Yoodo can appreciate and hear our voices as your customers and users. hopefully the management can handle this issue .. thank you

We've been hearing this raised up on a few other threads as well.ย Personally, I think it's cool and we've already raised this up with the team and they too think it sounds like a good idea! SO... that's a YES! Guess the only question is when will it be made available...once our engineers are done, product tested - we'll get it up soonest possible!

    I am very glad to have a response and good news from Miss Niniey. this is what i really like on yoodo versus other telco. Yoodo listens to user complaints and acts on it, and I am also very grateful to all community supporters of my thread, very happy to have a supportive, active and helpful community. Yoodo should be proud of having community members like them. great applause for Yoodo and for the community. thank you very much.
