In fact there are suggestions to introduce unlimited, must be their work that need to make many calls. imo, since yoodo does not interested to put unlimited into their offering, 2000mins should be in the middle to cater those looking for longer talk time. But in my case, bought 50mins talktime also difficult to finished it, only few minutes used in a month.

Hi MOHD YAZID BIN MOHD IDRUS,

Perhaps you are rights about allocated 2000 instead of unlimited, me too hardly to utilize the 20GB and 200Mins, luckily we can change plan in next cycles.

But Yoodo data plan was extremely expensive for those low usages like me/
Anyway, I'll sticked with Yoodo voice plan as it's affordable and no-frills.

I hope Yoodo can introduce lower sms plan like 10 sms for RM1 because nowadays most people hardly use sms. I find it quite a waste to purchase 50 sms when i just need to send 2-3 sms for banking or some account setup purposes.

my use, 50 minutes for the call is enough but it will still be haha .. and I agree with the proposal of Wong Yuen Sern to be able to hold 10 sms / RM1. hope yoodo can consider all our suggestions

well it's more of a business decision. We gotta look at the bulk voice block we're "selling" and the price we're offering (which is already the best in the market). There has to be a minimum to be sold, and so on. So the price point with the quota we have now are derived from that.

Also, we can't give every single denomination ( 10mins / 20mins etc) there's no way we can have sliders with so many options. So it's a combination of all that ;)

That 2k minutes at RM12 is cheaper than any unlimited minutes offered by other telco 😅😅😅 and you were right when you said who gonna needs it. It's similar with what @thejeff mentioned who needs unlimited call and data when you only use so and so.

By the way, I appreciate the 2k minutes as I am paying it for my parent. You see, their generation is the one who uses more call minutes and not data. And I'm sure Yoodo has eyes for these people when they introduced that plan. 2 thumbs up Yoodo!

Good Points, EARIE BIN MADIUS and DENJAYNAVEER-ASLAM-BIN-TANJUI.

I also did the same for my families, they used only >100MB and 100+ Mins voice, will migrate them into Yoodo in coming future.

Most important is I can manage their lines remotely under SAME APP, it's was a NEW TRENDS for nowaday mobile users.

NO longer to find handphone shop, 7-11 or Petronas for topup... :p

I hope for unlimited voice minutes.... or at least 3000 minutes.

Of cos I didn’t use that much, but I knew some frenz really need that.

What I wish is cheaper Data plan.

Plan to port in my current number too but stop doing that due to the service, what can I do in emergency case for SIM card replacement if out of Klang Valley. Too good luck for those stay in Klang Valley. Hope Yoodo will manage to corporate with Celcom for some case. Tq

    Hi CHAN

I've actually replied to you earlier on the use of Celcom for any SIM replacement, it's not happening :)

You can however purchase extra sim and keep it, if that's really your concern.

You can do this any time of the day - all in the Yoodo App.

    Head to Manage your Lines:

    Navigate what you need to;

    - You can Terminate your Yoodo line, on your own

    - Suspend a lost SIM (if you lost a phone, then just click this.. until you receive your phone & a new sim); and then when you have a phone and sim - you can come back here and unsuspend the sim directly from here as well. Meaning you're in charge of how long you want to suspend your SIM.

    - Order a replacement SIM. This is straightforward, like your example - if phone lost, order replacement SIM, once you get the sim (or if you have extra sim) - just do the swap.

In my opinion, 1 sim for data, only for gaming, social media, etc. And 2nd sim(sup-line) for voice & SMS only..and I think ookyo make unlimited voice & SMS only at RM8 if I'm not mistaken.

But to use ookyo you'll have to go through their VPN which limits the use to only android devices.

if you compare the price you will see a little difference, but if you look at the quality I'm sure you will be very excited with Yoodo 😘

Hi @Mohd Faris, maybe you can share with the Yoodo team the features you would like to have in the app. Then they can consider in future updates of the app.

Thanks for your feedback MOHD FARIS BIN YAHYA! Always great to hear our new ideas. As long as everyone also understand that we can't make everyone of them come true also haha

As far as combining both voice and call, that's a no, not happening. We're gonna continue to give the freedom for everyone to decide what they want. In the same time, can't be too many options - things get too messy, unfocused.

Packages for Apps, I'm up for it as well, especially those social apps, combining a few etc. We have had discussions on that internally but at this moment it'll take more development for us to offer that. So while we want to, it's not possible Yet. When I have more updates on this, will surely share it with all ;)

I really wish if yoodo could provide plan as suggested WONG YUEN SERN.
lower sms plan like 10 sms for RM1.
Maybe can make it as a boost plan if yoodo wish to set minimum monthly subscribe to be rm 3. So at least i only need to buy when i really2 need it.

My Second month as a yoodo 🙂. Now encouraging my surroundings to port to yoodo.

Hi welcome Arif, there were discussions suggesting Yoodo to offer lower sms and minutes from the current offerings, I am included. But Yoodo responded that what minimum is already low and they can't afford to go down further. Must be these to avoid zombies that spend the lowest possible just to stay active for a longer period.
