    Great suggestions!
    Anyway, just want to understand further.
    #1. There is already a reward system in place now with active contributors. This reward is different as in if your suggestion is implemented by Yoodo, they will give you a reward for it?
    #2. Some users have asked for widgets to track usage.. As in having the doughnuts from the dashboard as widgets. But your widget suggestion is like having a Yoodo messaging widget?

    Nice. For no 2, @Jeff did mention about the current platform only enable push notification for promo, etc only.
    No3, is a good idea. 24 hours live support is nice, but remember. It's come with the cost. Same as 7-11, 24 hours operation had to sell their items more higher price than other places.
    No4. @Jeff already said that Yoodo is independent company standing on their own, maybe that's why they won't terlibat with celcom store. But it's very nice idea to send some sims at celcom branches. Easy for new user to get the sim.

    WONG YUEN SERN, widgets is a shortcut application can embed in home screen like weather, news, and others.
    Maybe can let users choose either dashboard or community.

    Tiada khidmat pelanggan, jimat kos operasi. Hasil penjimatan, diberikan kepada pelanggan Yoodo yang aktif membantu di dalam komuniti Yoodo, contohnya ganjaran RM 50 untuk Bulan September.

    Untuk permasalahan tentang ciri-ciri, kaedah, boleh minta bantuan kwn2 di komuniti, tetapi untuk masalah teknikal hanya live chat agent yg boleh menyelesaikan.

    Some of the guys above have answered to a few, cause I've actually replied to similar suggestions before as well. But for the sake of clarification, answering to yours ya;

    #1 - There's already a sorta reward system. Top 10 Leaderboard is basically rewarding active users, and SuperUsers are users which I've picked who've not only been active consistently but helpful as well. 

    Rewarding Ideas isn't a new thing per se, but until we have a proper framework in place, then it's tough to do that cause chances are ideas have already been raised by someone else on another thread elsewhere. If we have a special location to Input ideas, then vote for the good ones, and if Yoodo implements those - then they get rewarded. It was to be transparent, simple process - then it'll work and benefit all. Right now that's not possible with the Community platform we're on. Maybe in the future we'll go in that direction :)

     

    #2 - Think I've answered this as well. It doesn't work, Community & FAQ is an extended platform, additional to Yoodo's framework. We can't integrate it. If a widget for quick view of balance of quota etc, possible but we've already have it in the app. Understand that it'll be easier for users but at this moment, we're gonna focus development time on other features first.

     

    #3 - The Live Chat (and ticketing) agents are already on 2 shifts now. Part of the reason why Yoodo is able to give the prices we do now is cause we've cut cost on these and having a physical store etc. We're pretty much powered by the Community, aside to technical, backend account management issues - every other solution pretty much can be found in Community at the moment. Having said that, we do want to extend Live Chat operation hours a lil longer - (personally hoping till 11pm) but I don't have any confirmation or ETA on this at this moment :)

    #4 - Good to know we're on the same page here cause we're gonna be starting this partnership very very soon! Not sure if it's next week lol but verrrryyyy soooooon

    #5 - As MOHAMMAD ARIFFINBIN ABDUL RAHMAN also mentioned, Yoodo is an entity on it's own, we only use Celcom's network. It doesn't make sense to store Yoodo sim card there, or at Maxis, Digi etc, same thing :D

    Keep the ideas and suggestions flowing!! One thing I always do, is bring up every possible ideas/suggestions up to the rest of the team during our management meetings so at the least, we're all aware what the Community is asking for =)

    The 1st day i join community & as Yoodo users (August 2018) there are about 30+++ registered users, now today registered users have reached almost 40k, so this is a good and encouraging development, congratulations and applause for yoodo. :)

    During I was registered, it's was around 26xxx but faced some MNP issues and didn't aware this community for first week.
