You can choose to suspend the line from the application.

To reactivate, just use the application, check at Manage My Line, there should be Reactivate My Line over there.

Well, maybe I have to suspend my line too to show the picture on how to reactivate the line, hahahaha.

Nak simpan SIM kosong (blank SIM?) untuk kegunaan akan datang?

Boleh sahaja, Menu --> Add New Line --> I just want free SIM.

Tunggu SIM tu sampai, simpanlah elok-elok. Sekiranya diperlukan pada masa mendatang, boleh digunakan, tanpa perlu tunggu SIM.

Want to keep a blank SIM for future use?

    Yes, you can!

Go to Menu--> Add New Line--> I want free SIM.

Wait for the SIM to arrive, and keep it safe.

For replacement sim, for Klang Valley can get within 2 hours.

For those out from that area like Perak has to wait for replacement SIM card delivery.....will take more than 3 days if you count in weekend. At least let Yoodo user to get new replacement SIM card at Celcom centre.

Or I suggest for those far from Klang Valley can get extra new SIM card to standby, to reactive the same phone number with new sim. Are this work? Before Yoodo work together with Celcom for SIM card replacement.

Thanks for the info that we can block the line in Yoodo website account.

I look for better solution for SIM card replacement .

Totally agree, since Yoodo is under celcom, why not corporate with celcom to provide sims. Instead of delivery, new user or existing users have the option to pick up the sims at nearby celcom centre.

I am also actually interested to know if it is possible to keep a blank Yoodo sim around and reactivate it to your current phone number if the one you are having is stolen/lost.

Hi, yes. We can use the extra blank Sim card that we get it earlier to reactivate the current phone line. Great to hear that! Was told by live chat agent.

So for those out from Klang Valley can manage to get extra SIM card , keep it for emergency case. Thank you

maybe you do not have to worry about the missing sim because it can be interchanged and reported at any time by simply contacting the yoodo customer service or on the application. Yes sometimes we can not expect the unfortunate thing to happen when losing the phone over our own negligence, so it is best to be more careful and to prepare at all times to avoid unwanted things, as important personal information is contained in the device.

Maybe it's because of their 100% digital business model.

Yup, Yoodo customer service only from 9am to 6pm. But it will not be the issue now. Because I am just learn from Hatifi Azim that we can suspend the line via Yoodo account. Thanks for the info.

But for SIM card replacement will take time to delivery. Maybe the extra SIM card that get early can be use? Any comment? How to reactivate ?

Or can Yoodo work with any partner like Celcom centre for SIM card replacement?

Hi CHAN, glad you already got some answers from our awesome community! :D

We've made it as easy as possible to navigate and get your line suspended. You can request replacement SIM from the App as well anytime.

We can't store Yoodo SIM at Celcom cause that'll be equivalent to using Maxis, DiGi or Tunetalk as location to collect Yoodo sim. Yoodo is our own brand, we only use the Celcom Network. While technically we are their digital startup, we are an entitty on our own. Celcom has their full range of products just like all the other big Telcos. Hope this makes sense?

But I totally agree, there can be more either pick up locations or faster delivery options for those out of klang valley. This is very much a logistic issue vs cost. Right now our partners have made it possible with the lowest price point as well. I'm sure if we had 1-day delivery anywhere in Malaysia but RM 20, most people won't use it.

So yea, it's bit complicated, but we'll try to see what other options are possible ya :)

@Jeff, thanks for the confirmation. So best to keep a blank sim around for emergency. If you have friends or family members visiting from overseas, you can also activate the blank sim and let them use when they're in Malaysia. Very convenient.
