    Hi, please double check your signal either it's 3g or 4g. Also check apn settings. Yoodo using celcom coverage (widest coverage in Malaysia). Should be able to use data at high speed everywhere. However, you can ask Yoodo to verify the coverage at your area. Don't hesitate to contact Yoodo via live chat agent.

    Hi Timalsina, as mentioned above, please check that your APN is set to yoodo. You can also do some speed tests in your area and compile the results before contacting yoodo via Live Chat.

    The advice given above is true. When you contact our live chat agent, they'll help you fill up a network complaint which then we can get Celcom to check further. There could be many reasons for this so it's best they do a proper check. Hopefully, it gets resolved soon :)

    Welcome to community.. have you check the apn? Can you tell us your location. Even i am in rural area, certain part i still receive 4g connection..

    Hi TIMALSINA KRISHNA CHANDRA,

    I suggest you try celcom3g in your APN to see if any improvement. Also change to 3G manually if 4G is below perform even got signals.
