4G slow speed
Hi, saya baru saja submit ticket 25145 utk CS rujuk berkenaan perkara di atas. Saya dapati prestasi 4G yg dikawasan saya tinggal skrg ini tidak berapa memberangsangkan. Signal bar penuh atau 4/5, tapi speed yg saya dapat rata2 dalam ratusan kbps, dan paling laju pun dlm 2mbps aja sedangkan upload boleh capai berganda dari itu. Saya diminta ajukan kepada live chat atau cs dan saya akur, memandangkan live chat dah off duty, saya submit ticket bersekali dgn speed snapshot sebagai attachment.
Persoalan saya sekarang, sebagai pelanggan kita diminta melaporkan pada cs. Andai kata masalah ialah berkaitan dengan slow speed atau network congestion, sejauh mana yoodo boleh menyelesaikan masalah ini. Sekiranya escalate pada celcom, sejauh mana celcom pula boleh selesaikan? Saya baca dalam Twitter, search aja 'celcom' masalah network slow ni macam dah well known problem, setiap hari, hampir serata tempat, greviances by greviances. Nasib baik saya ada backup sim lain, thanks for the dual sim device yg ada skrg ni. Sgt berharap agar yoodo/celcom dapat melakukan penambahbaikan. Wider atau widest coverage is nothing kalau tak come together dengan stable speed, tak terlalu laju macam telco lain pun tak apa asalkan stabil.

Hai MOHD YAZID BIN MOHD IDRUS terima kasih kerana sudi menaikkan tiket. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan anda, Pada dasarnya, Yoodo juga merupakan "pelanggan" Celcom, dalam pengertian rangkaian. Apabila kami memberi butiran yang tepat, pasukan Network Celcom akan menyiasat perkara ini, selalunya mereka akan memeriksa jika terdapat aduan sama yang terdapat disesuatu kawasan/ menara rangkaian.
Secara peribadinya, kami telah melihat pasukan Network Celcom datang ke tempat yang diadukan oleh para pelanggan untuk memeriksa penerimaan rangkaian dan cuba untuk mengenal pasti punca sebenar masalah tersebut. Penyelesaian masalah selalunya, akan bergantung kepada masalah atau punca sebenar, ada yang senang dan boleh diselesaikan terus pada masa tersebut. Jika ia memerlukan kerja menaik taraf menara sel atau sesuatu yang lebih mendalam ianya mungkin mengambil masa lebih lama daripada jangkaan masa yang ditetapkan oleh mereka.
Terdapat banyak kemungkinan yang kami tidak dapat jelaskan punca sebenar permasalahan ini. Kami berharap masalah ini dapat diselesaikan secepat mungkin, kami tidak mahu menabur janji dan memberi harapan palsu kepada pelanggan kerana kami tahu ia nya tidak benar. Lebih baik kami memberitahu realiti sebenar kepada para pelanggan?

Pendapat saya menggunakan yoodo selama 5bulan, dgn coverage 4G disemua tempat saya pergi kelajuan adalah bergantung kpd coverage tempat tsbt.
Di rumah, speed 10-20Mbps tapi ditempat kerja hanya 1-2Mbps shj. Di rumah kg sy, disbbkan coverage Celcom sgt teruk, signal H+ namun Yoodo mahupun Celcom data adalah tidak stabil..
Minggu lepas sy balik beraya di Terengganu, line memuaskan disepanjang perjalanan dari Johor wlpn terdapat gangguan disbbkn tiada liputan celcom di sesetengah tempat.
Namun begitu, sesekali akan berlaku gangguan signal hilang @ bertukar 4G ke H+ dalam masa sekejap shj. Bg saya ini adalah Normal asalkan bukan major maintenance/disrupted dalam tempoh yg lama seperti yg berlaku sebelum ini..
Dgn Yoodo baru beberapa bulan dilancarkan sy optimis segala permasalahan pengguna akan diutamakan dan servis akan ditingkatkan.
P/S: Sy menggunakan Yoodo sbg pilihan sim ke2 saya. 😉

En Faizul, sebelum ini prestasi kelajuan 4g adalah ok, di tempat saya walau pun tidak selaju maxis 60-70mbps atau digi 40-50mbps, celcom dlm 20mbps masa hari normal, tapi semenjak bulan puasa sehinggalah selepas raya, speed jadi lagging. Dload speed purata dlm 0-200kbps tapi upload boleh cecah 5mbps. Masa raya bolehlah kita kata penggunaan sesak sbb ramai orang balik kampung maka congested, tapi skrg ni kg dah sepi dan lengang tapi speed masih tak improve. Ikhlasnya saya terpaksa beli digi broadband simpack baru selepas raya ini semata-mata nak dapatkan capaian yg stabil. Kawasan saya terdapat 2 pemancar celcom. Signal bar boleh dikatakan penuh sepanjang masa. Suara tidak ada masalah, cuma data saya rasakan JAUH tertinggal dari maxis dan digi.

Namun, bak kata pepatah berat mata memandang berat lagi bahu memikul.Sy turut bersimpati.
Bg saya, masalah ni berat kpd Celcom. Yoodo sbg MVNO tidak mampu selesaikan masalah ni. Salah satu cara, dptkan pengguna Celcom @ mana² MVNO dibawah Celcom spt Yoodo/RedONe/ OneXOX utk buat komplain berjemaah..lg byk komplain di tempat yg sama, lg cepat tindakan akan diambil oleh pihak Celcom.
Smg masalah tuan akan diselesaikan dgn cepat.

Betul tu En Faizul, permasalahan berpunca dari upstream iaitu celcom sendiri. Sbb tu saya ingin bertanya boleh ke masalah pelanggan yoodo diselesaikan sedangkan masalah yang dihadapi boleh celcom sendiri agak tegar? Tapi saya berterima kasih pada ninieys sbb berterus terang dan saya berpuas hati atas penjelasan tersebut. Bayangkan semasa saya menggunakan xpax, bila masalah yg serupa dibangkitkan, jawaban standard ialah, 'kami tidak mendapat laporan dari pengguna lain tentang masalah yang serupa, pihak teknikal kami juga tidak mendapati sebarang kerosakan dalam kawasan tuan' I feel like... maksudnya tak ada orang lain melaporkan jadinya masalah dianggap selesai, maka case closed.

Chang, saya tak berapa tahu pasal layanan VVIP akan jadi prioriti, tapi make sense kalau betul-betul terjadi. Dan saya berharap VVIP tersebut tinggal ditempat saya. Esok atau lusa terus celcom instruct upgrade hardware di sel dgn LTE-A atau 4G+. Saya bermimpi di siang hari 😂 Terus terang saya harapkan bukan kelajuan kilat, kelajuan dalam 10mbps sudah memadai asalkan stabil.

I received an email from the support team asked me to on/off the handphone, which is I am pretty sure 100% not relevance at all to solve the slowness I am having. I believe it is not just me, just give Twitter a visit and you'll understand more the greviances toward this network. For data I have to switched over to digi broadband and for voice or sms, I am still remain with yoodo. Roughly to answer your question, nope the problem is still there, my download speed is equal to 3g but upload is on 4g speed. I haven't reply to the email yet if the problem still occurred, as far as I see, problem can only be fixed by infra upgrade which is costly, and from that I think celcom is not ready to do that just to satisfied a few.

terus terang cakap tak banyak beza baik guna celcom apn vs yoodo apn. When it comes into cell congestion, nothing much we can do melainkan naik taraf dari pihak telco sendiri. Tak kiralah on off, aeroplane mode beberapa kali satu hari pun. Bayangkan tuan, celcom sendiri ada berapa juta pelanggan, tak termasuk pelanggan virtual yg lain macam redone, tune, xox, excel dan juga yoodo sendiri.

Nowadays voice is cheap and some telcos offering unlimited calls to all network. Quite a common to see about voice service. Usually people will rate about data, these days everyday is internet. You got good speed, mass coverage and stable internet, you'll got more customers coming in. When people start to give bad rating about this, the result of the subscribers base usually not cantik as people will tend to mnp out and potentially new customers will stay away.

I'm also experiencing slow network speeds at my Desa Budiman Sg Long. The signal is 3 or 4 bar (4G) but can't get the connection. Very slow when accessing url. Speedtest sometimes recorded 5mbps and yoyo 16mbps... Guess this was due to network congestion eg celcom network..? And here come the workaround....get your phone to re-register to the gsm network by enabling the airplane mode and then disable it back. Give a try... It works at my side here. I'm using vivo v9...

It’s literally problems caused by telcos. They hv taken their sweet time, not to upgrade their networks while still come out with pkg encourage consumers to use their snail 4G to be broadband replacement. All these are caused by former ruler incapable minister Mgmt. I mean the former SKMM or MCMC. They are not testing the network periodically and impose fines to those under perform. Imagine we at 2018 but still face lack of coverage even at NS highway and dial up line speed on their brand so called LTE advance. What a joke.
I been to china. Only 3 telcos serve billions of ppl and speed is excellent with full 4G even at mountains.

Good morning all. Yes bro LCH. MCMC should be more stringent in making sure the quality of service in line with its function to regulate and ensure healthy telecommunications in the country. Anyway, being a service provider I believe they (yoodo) would strive to do better under the mvno framework. We just do our part as subscribers.. Since we are paying.. Hehe. Overall yoodo not bad. Got a feedback the speed at Subang Jaya is around 57mbps.. Perhaps it is very much depends on where the BTS connected to and backhaul connection n congestion during certain time brackets..☺

We have few other options in getting the best out of our telcos, and thanks to the dual sim capability that most of our device having now. I am not going to extend the grievances more about this and plus, I don't want my blood pressure to jacking up. That's up to the provider to solve the congestion problem. For a while about data, I'll use another telco that provide the best to my need in my area.
p.s.. eat durian, rambutan, manggis and cempedak. Stay chill.

Bump to the thread, saya cuba utk kali ke 2 menggunakan data yoodo celcom. Sangat mendukacitakan, masih tiada perkembangan yg positif, kelajuan masih dibawah aras memuaskan. Saya resubmit email dgn no ticket yg serupa kembali ke encik bob yoodo, berserta dgn screenshot speedtest. Masalah ini dah berbulan, dan lebih teruk semenjak raya sehingga lah ke hari ini.
Mohon pihak yoodo/celcom skru mana yg longgar, as the speed is so bad until I feel want to throw my hp to the wall. -

To be transparent, we had an issue of slow Network at a Condo area, when the Network team went and found that from the nearest Cell Tower, there isn't good signal cause the condo out of the optimal coverage zone - to solve it they'll need to either install a new cell tower or an add-on booster. Seeing that there were not enough customers in that vicinity for our Network Partner as well - thus they made a business decision that the additional tower will only be installed sometime next year.
So far that's the only case where we really can't do anything, just have to inform the customer. It's also a demand and supply but since you've raised it up again, I'll check and update you too! Hopefully, there is something that can be done for your case :)

Sudah bangun ke jeff?
I am in rural area btw, nearby to the coastal and geographically flat except some vegetation of orchards. I have good signal reception, almost full bar reachable to my device in every square of my house. The only thing is data congestion is unbearable slow, started from evening up to the next morning. For the same spot, 6am to 8am 20mbps, 9am to 12pm 12mbps, 1pm to 3pm 1mbps, 5pm up till in the midnight or more at 64-200kbps. These are my monitoring of download speeds daily by using the speedtest apps. Most celcom users here never bother to give complaint to the proper channel, that was why no reports been made.
This issue is classic, I already reported to the provider during my subscription under Celcom and redONE but as far as I know nothing been improved.
