7 Days with Yoodo
AnsweredHi, today mark 7 days with Yoodo.
As Yoodo advertise we can change plan anytime we want... So I joined.
I currently registered my line on June 13, my MAIN line. Which the cycle renewal will be in next 30days.
Since I get RM20, SO I decided to just activate my line with RM3 plan for 50 SMS.
As someone in a professional sector, I'm used to unlimited calls and SMS plan, which even I don't use that much, but it's there to serve me.
And I do hope changing to Yoodo will help me manage my mobile service better as I will be in control. Unfortunately, I have the following issues.
1. Change Plan
As Yoodo advertised, users can change plan anytime. Unfortunately, I can only change my plan after my current cycle, which I have to wait for another 23 days! this is very inconvenience... like seriously. Because I really need to use the 2000 minutes and 2000 SMS as I don't use WhatsApp, calls and SMS are two important tools. I talk to Yoodo CS, they mentioned I have to wait until my cycle end, then I can change plan... 23 days is too long.
2. Booster
I know, CS and other users might want to suggest for me to buy a booster, but booster only limited to 200mins calls and 200 SMS max. So I have to buy the booster from time to time, monitor my calls and SMS balance frequently... so inconvenience.
3. Changing Cycle
users have to let the line inactive in order to change the billing cycle... as suggested by CS. this is bad. Since I can only change the plan after 23 days, let my Mainline inactive, then I can change my cycle too... Sad... really sad.
3. Port out
Since I have to wait 23 days for me to change my plan. I have to wait another 23 days to port out... Hmmm...
