CAN'T ACTIVATE SIM
Hi, I received SIM card today but I can't activate it.

Hey guys, there's actually a few threads on this.
Basically, you have to get in touch with your bank to activate it (although some of you are able to purchase online already). This specifically happens cause Yoodo uses Tokens which enables you to set your plan to auto-renew if you choose to. At times the banks just wants to know for sure that it's really you requesting the service.
So best thing to do, call and let them know you're signing up your debit card to be used for Yoodo payment. After that probably wait 5-10 mins and try again. If you need further info, feel free to get in touch with our agents via Live Chat (head to HELP tab and scroll all the way down).

Hi Yoodo Guest, :) regarding error appear Address field cannot contain special characters because of the address too long which mean you need to re-edit back your address. You need to write your house number in column 1 dan street number in column 2. Hope its help :)

Sebelum anda bertukar ke Yoodo, pastikan anda telah melengkapkan perkara-perkara berikut:
Langsaikan semua tunggakan dengan pembekal talian anda.
Pindah keluar semua talian-talian tambahan pada talian utama anda.
Habiskan semua kredit dari pembekal talian anda.Seterusnya:
Langkah 1: Pilih "Simpan nombor saya" di aplikasi/laman web Yoodo sewaktu mendaftar masuk.
Langkah 2: Pesan SIM anda dan tunggu kirimannya.
Langkah 3: Setelah anda menerima kiriman SIM anda, jangan masukkannya ke dalam telefon anda lagi. Aktifkan dahulu melalui aplikasi Yoodo.
Langkah 4: Tunggu 1-3 hari untuk makluman dari kami yang nombor anda telah dipindahkan ke Yoodo.
Langkah 5: Masukkan SIM anda ke dalam telefon. Anda dah boleh mula!!! -
