Masalah port out dari celcom
AnsweredDah dua hari line celcom saya kena cut..tp yoodo saya belum aktif lagi..masalah betul..dua hari tak dapat berhubung..

Hi Chee Sing Cheong & MUHAMMAD IZZUDDIN BIN ILIAS , not sure why it's taking that long. I've already alerted our agents to check and see if there's any indication this port out failed or if there are any other reasons.
They will be getting in touch with you soonest possible, and alternatively, you can also chat with our agents to see if there's an update later. Hopefully this gets sorted and you can come onboard soon! Looking forward :)

Hey guys, yes we're aware of this port in issue. There was a problem with network systems in Celcom that Yoodo shares with. Understand it's really sucky but we're unable to process those port-in's or even cancel the request etc during this period.
From my understanding (which I just checked again) this issue has just been rectified. Port-ins will be processed asap. Hoping all those been waiting will get updated soonest.
I know it doesn't make all things better but some of these backend Network stuff is beyond our control. Will arrange for a compensation goodwill $$ token to get your Yoodo account to get the journey started. Apologize again for this technical issue :)

WONG SOOK LENG & Chee Sing Cheong , if it's your First Yoodo account registered under your IC, you don't need any code to get the Bonus RM 20 in your Wallet.
