I’m maxis fanatics user. I switch to yoodo because of better offer by yoodo team. However i have a PDP Authentications Error since yesterday made me unable to use internet network. I lost a lot in business due to this problem. Try to reach Customer Service. However, customer service only until 6PM. No customer call centre provided for urgent cases like this. I think this is not practical for everyone using this network provider. Same monthly commitment, but, lack behind others in term of quality network and after sales service. Really up set. Hope someone from yoodo could call me before i port out from yoodo to other providers back. 😡😡😡 Useless!!!
