    It depends on the pos services.Before this i've order 5 simcards,andthey reach me about 2 weeks (due to public holiday and non working days). You can also trace your parcel via Live Chat Agents.Just give your I/C number and they happily to give you the tracking number which you can use to tracking the parcel location soon :)

    Do get in touch with us via Live Chat (HELP section on the App, scroll all the way down) so our agents can help to check with our delivery partners. It's almost never the same reason, should there be a delay in receiving your SIM.

    Just to check, have you got your SIM card? Your name is still displaying Yoodo Guest which mean you have not activate your card yet.
