Alya is really helpful and friendly but Yoodo is not.. at least to me who have tried activating the simcard from 3 different hp.. Note2, Note3 and Iphone ios 11.1.2. Pretty ridiculous and wasted my whole day plus all the hassle of switching providers. Plan to migrate whole family to Yoodo might not work. What a shame Yoodo for making it so difficult for users to download your app.. and a system that doesn't support many phones.

  Hmm. For now all working fine for me. Yeah MNP process may takes some time but it worth because u want to keep the old number.

  If the issue is about the app installation, what can I say from my experience is Yoodo apps won't work with older version of Android.
  I'm register a number for my mom, and it's work well with her phone.I just monitor the account via my phone.

  Yoodo apps also won't worked if user using a phone that has been rooted. This has to do with banking security,since a rooted phone might be expose to malware threats.

  For MNP,porting in will takes about 24-48 hours (less than that) before the number fully migrate.Just make sure the line is active and without advance credit unpaid (if any).

  Hope that your problem will be solve very soon,as here in Yoodo,all of them will happily to serve us better 😊

  Installation wont work on unlocked phone as well, doesnt have to be rooted. I have tried to install on older phones, one was released at about the same time as the Note 3, seems that it's not supported anymore. Anything older than Android 4.4 wont work.

  Checked with Alya and rest of the team that you have spoken to. Indeed a unique issue, but it should be solved by end today, heard the team will get in touch with you to meet. Thanks for raising it up, 

  Seems there are issues in downloading and registering in older phones. LIM ZHI WEI is right on the Android version that's supported.

  Such a great team there is at Yoodo esp Ms Alya 😊 😊.  Have just tried using 5th hp.. now SamsungS9 Plus. Everything was smooth until processing payment. Will continue consulting Ms Alya & the team 😊
