    I ordered a sim on 7 March. It supposed to be delivered by 9 March which is Friday. However, it wasn't delivered. On 10 March, I contacted Live Chat and Faizull attended to my queries. I was told that FMX is handing the delivery and they reflected in the system that address is incorrect. How could that be? My brother ordered a sim on 8 and it was delivered on 9. We both using the same address.

    I was told the sim will be delivered on Monday instead. But after I pestered for the sim to be delivered, Faizull told me it will be delivered in 2 hours, yesterday. But until today, Sunday, there's still no delivery.

    So, where is the integrity of the courier service and Yoodo? And Faizull, please don't make promise you can't keep. And where is the follow up email as promised?

    Heya, sorry to hear about your delivery issue. Getting in touch with our agents is the right call. If they haven't get back to you on the timeline they promised - I'll surely look into it as well to ensure it doesn't happen again.

    The best we could do at this moment is to ensure the delivery goes out the fastest possible from our warehouse - in 95% of the cases everything goes accordingly but there are cases which can be due to many different things. We're in the midst of working closely with our delivery partners to ensure an even more efficient service.

    As for your case, will personally check first thing tomorrow and ensure someone gets back to you asap with a resolution. Thanks and apologize for the inconvenience caused

    Hey Jeff, really appreciate your prompt reply in this matter. I know it sucks dealing with difficult customer. Yeah, many factors contributed to the service inefficiency. I agree.

    I observed and believe Yoodo has done well in it's infrastructure. It's interesting and enticed me to try Yoodo. Don't let me down.
