Terima kasih kerana mula mendengar permintaan pengguna supaya menurunkan harga data. Sebagai langkah permulaan, harga data 2gb bulanan dah diturunkan kepada RM15. Dan pengguna warganegara hanya membayar RM14.15 setelah ditolak rebat GST. Menarik.

Saya harap Yoodo dapat juga mempertimbangkan cadangan berikut :

✔️ menawarkan data 8gb bulanan pada harga RM40
✔️ memperkenalkan data tambahan harian dan mingguan
✔️ memperkenalkan pek data whatsapp

  Setuju dengan en azlan.. Pemilihan data masih belum cukup flexible.. Kerana yoodo user masih terikat dengan plan yg sedia ada.

  Sy cadangkan jugak pihak yoodo dapat mewujudkan basic internet, bagi membolehkan yoodo user terus boleh berkomunikasi menggunakan apps2 basic. Hal ini berguna jika berlaku kecemasan, sekurang2nya setiap yoodo user masih kekal berhubung walau data plan yg dilanggan telah habis digunakan.

  Hi MOHD TAUFEK BIN MOKHTAR, jikalau telah memilih Data dan jika Data untuk bulan tersebut telah habis - masih ada free-basic-internet 64kbps :)

  Hmmm can I ask? For example if I pay Rm50 for 10gb, and you guys decide to lower the price, when my current cycle finish and the new cycle start.. Will I get to the new lower price for the 10gb data?

  HI CHAN KAM LENG. Yes I  believe when the new cycle start you will get the lower price as in Yoodo, every month the plan renews, it is not locked into one price/plan. You can also change the plan every month.

  CHAN KAM LENG yup, ADNAN BINSAJAD HUSSEIN is right! 

  You're not locked to a price, nor a plan. Even though you selected auto-renew, the price for that Data/Voice/SMS you choose will follow the price for that month. Meaning, should there be a discount you would automatically get it :)
