How long I can wait before activate my SIM and when to make payment?
AnsweredHello :) i've just registered for a SIM but I've yet to save down my payment details. So I want to ask 2 questions..
1. How long I can keep Yoodo SIM card before activating it?
2. When should I make the payment and when will Yoodo charge me?

Selamat pagi..
1. Selepas register untuk dapatkan sim kad dari yoodo, akan ambil masa dalam 3 hari bekerja.. So far tak sampai 3hri pon. Mcm pengalaman saya, hari nie register esok sim da smpai ke melaka.. Bila sim da smpai sy buat pengaktifan sim tersebut. Untuk aktifkan sim tersebut pihak yoodo akan bg 2 pilihan sama ada untuk pilih no fon baru atau kekalkan no yg sedia ada.. Jika masa aktifkan simkad pilih no baru, selepas selesai kita akan terus boleh guna no tersebut. Mcm sy, sy kekalkan no yg sedia ada. proses penukaran dari talian lama ke yoodo mengambil masa 3 hari bekerja juga, dan apa yg bestnya proses penukaran no sy ini ambil masa 1 hri sahaja..
2. Selepas pengaktifan sim kad selesai dibuat, kita boleh pilih dan tetapkan apa plan yg kita mahu dan selepas selesai yoodo akan minta kita isikan maklumat kad kredit/atau debit. Setelah semuanya selesai pembayaran akan terus ditolak dari kad kredit/debit kita. Selesai, anda sudah boleh menggunakan perkhidmatan yoodo mcm biasa.

1. How long I can keep Yoodo SIM card before activating it?
Ideally please do the activation before 30 days of receiving your SIM.
2. When should I make the payment and when will Yoodo charge me?Upon activation, you customize and select the plan that you want and proceed to make payments (meaning you'll be charged at that point). Your renewal will happen 30 days after you've purchased your plan.
You can change your plan anytime after that but it will take effect on your next month billing cycle.

Thanks for the clarification Taufek and Jeff! I can't wait to switch to Yoodo but I've got like 20ish days left until my current telco cycle ends, didn't wanna waste the money I paid #cheapo 😅😅 so I'll wait till like about a week before my current telco cycle is up and switch to Yoodo.
I've got another question which is unrelated to the topic here but I hope will get an answer. Let's say I get a plan with 50 mins call, what will happen if I exceeded the 50 mins call limit? How will I be charged?

A: We're Not a Pay-Per-Use type of business. Meaning when you reach your quota of 50mins, you can't make anymore calls. You will not be billed anything additional.
However, if you still need to make more calls, you can purchase Boosters from the App for Voice and it'll be activated immediately.
And since you've asked a bunch of questions already, I'm gonna 'leak' a future feature ----- Our Booster prices will be 'smart' or 'flexi' meaning, the closer it gets to the end of the monthly cycle, the 'cheaper' those Boosters will be!! Not sure if you geddit, but I'll explain more once the feature is ready :P

Hi ADI MUHAMMAD HAKIM BINHUSIN, adakah port in atau port out? Jika port out daripada Yoodo, hanya perlu pergi ke telco lain Dan minta port in number sendiri. Kemudian reply port out email daripada Yoodo dengan Chrome.
Jika port in number sendiri daripada telco lain ke Yoodo, hanya perlu isi number sendiri semasa aktifkan SIM card. Dan ingat reply port out SMS daripada telco anda.
