    Hi MOHAMAD FARID BIN ZABIDIN, there's no Itemized billing in Yoodo (atleast not yet, if we receive a lot of request on this, it'll be something that we'll consider in future). 

    What you get is an invoice, each time you purchase or pay for something -purchase of plan, boosters - you will receive an email with the payment details. Hope that explains, thanks

    Thanks for the clarifacation...i believe this is common concern for pospaid user like me, to monitor our usage...if u dont provide this,please state it somewhere in the "frequently ask question" menu.

    Is it possible to have add on that allow user pay in order to have call statement?

    Call statement is very important because one need black and white if they suspect their worker abuse the free call facility given to them.

    We need a formal Statement and not just a email invoice. Since people need it for claim usage.

    Hi, we don't have itemized billing. Upon a few requests, it's something we're looking at but there's not ETA for this feature.

    We do have Invoice for any payment/purchases done, this is our official invoice that states the details of the payments made. Thanks

    Regarding the Invoice you email to us after we make the payment, Is that possible to make as formal a bit because we can't print out nicely from an email..

    In some organisations that we work, we are entitled for claiming calls made by us. The itemised billing would be very important feature that I strongly recommend Yoodo to consider. I appreciate for the effort that has been already initiated but if it’s expedited would be very handy. Thank you.

    Morning KOBU A/LTHIRUVANACKAN, thanks for your feedback. Yes as you've mentioned, it has been brought up and explained as well. It's definitely not in the near future as well, at best would be towards end this year, if at all.

    We're a hybrid of postpaid and prepaid, at such we can't have all the features as they incur additional cost which prevents us from offering the rates we currently do. That's why after much research we went with the essential features that most within the digital - e-commerce userbase wants.

    Totally understand where you're coming from, I'll definitely bring it up to the team again to see if there's anything we can prioritize in regards to this. Cheers

    You can actually save the invoice emails as PDF as alternative for PDF statement.

    Considering Yoodo is neither postpaid nor prepaid (but more on prepaid sides), there seems to be a grey area for such request.
    In my opinion, since it is more on the prepaid side, I doubt itemised billing is in the plan for Yoodo. Just like any other prepaid.

    Tapikan, prabayar lain memang ada butiran terperinci (panggilan dan sebagainya). Arahan SKMM, lama dah dikuatkuasakan.

    If can email invoice then it wouldn’t be difficult to email a pdf version of the invoice. A converted pdf version of an email invoice is not official looking

    Ada ja Abam JAFRUL FIRDAUS BIN JINAN TAIB, sebelum ni saya pakai UOX dan Hotlink, memang ada. 6 tahun dulu punya cerita.

     

    Dalam aplikasi, mungkin tak ada, kena pergi ke laman sesawang, baru ada.
