Failed to activate the Sim Card
AnsweredHi, I received the Sim card 2 weeks ago, tried to activate the sim card via the Apps. However, when after scanning my ID card and went to the details confirmation. Clicked the submit button, the Apps suddenly stopped. Tried to contact Live Chat Agent and cleared the cache, uninstall and reinstall the Apps, still not working. Live Chat Agent had yet given me a solution and still waiting for the response from your side. Could you please advice what should I do to activate the Sim card?

Hi LEE KWN HYEN , from what I've checked, it seemed you did go through the activation but not completed as the payment part did not go through.
Could you try it again? If there are any complications, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our agents via Live Chat as they can walk you through the process.

Hi, currently we only have debit/credit card options for payment. Could you get in touch with our agents via Live Chat (within the app or website - head to HELP section and scroll all the way down).
They'll be able to check your accounts and advice you accordingly. Thanks (and today, Sunday - Live Chat is available till 6pm as well)

Could you get in touch with our agents via Live Chat? You can do that from the App itself, head to 'HELP' tab, and scroll all the way down. It's probably faster cause you can't post pic of the issue here also :)

Most probably you'd need to call your bank to let them know you're making this purchase online at Yoodo (a Telco) - even though you may have already activated your debit/credit card for online purchase. Not sure why, there's many similar cases that worked after they did so.

2. Klik activate a Sim
3. Choose physical Sim
4. Scan Sim number
5. Choose your plan
6. Select number
7. Scan your ic
8. Take your picture and send it.
9. Before pay your plan you can insert referral code xatrf0594 or other referral code and you will get 7gb referral bonus after activation complete.
