    I used my friend's phone to activate it. But I'm not sure if it is working. So how do I know the Sim card is activated?

    Hi LEE KWN HYEN , from what I've checked, it seemed you did go through the activation but not completed as the payment part did not go through.

    I'm having the same issue here too. Can't activate due to payment part. Can we pay via cash other than credit/debit card?

    Hi, currently we only have debit/credit card options for payment. Could you get in touch with our agents via Live Chat (within the app or website - head to HELP section and scroll all the way down).

    They'll be able to check your accounts and advice you accordingly. Thanks (and today, Sunday - Live Chat is available till 6pm as well)

    Could you get in touch with our agents via Live Chat? You can do that from the App itself, head to 'HELP' tab, and scroll all the way down. It's probably faster cause you can't post pic of the issue here also :)

  • The last step payment. Until that everything was fine. When they asked me add my credit card for payment it says activation failed.

    Most probably you'd need to call your bank to let them know you're making this purchase online at Yoodo (a Telco) - even though you may have already activated your debit/credit card for online purchase. Not sure why, there's many similar cases that worked after they did so.

    The face recognition is bad. I think my camera is good enough. Had tried for three different phones. Still the same problem

  • Do contact Yoodo live chat agent, bank charge you RM1 for verification purpose, it will be credited back to you later.

    Saya mahu aktifkan SIM dengan mengimbas nombor S/N. Tetapi gagal kerana yg dimahukan 18 nombor sedangkan S/N ada 19 nombor. Apa nak buat ni?

    Ade s/n 18 nombor kat sim card. Boleh manually input nombor tu kat "Enter 18-digit sim number here".

    1. Login to your Yoodo account

    2. Klik activate a Sim

    3. Choose physical Sim

    4. Scan Sim number

    5. Choose your plan

    6. Select number

    7. Scan your ic

    8. Take your picture and send it.

    9. Before pay your plan you can insert referral code xatrf0594 or other referral code and you will get 7gb referral bonus after activation complete.
