Hi Francisseet, I saw you've already submitted a ticket in regards to this. Will get the agents to check and revert back to you soonest by today!
@Chang, are you still having this issue? If so please do get in touch with us via Live Chat/Ticket so we can go through to troubleshoot it. Thanks
By default, once activation is done successfully, the account is active and you should be able to use what you've purchased.

Maybe you'll have to wait till 9am to Live Chat with Yoodo's agents to see what went wrong there.
While waiting, you can also do some basic troubleshooting following the steps in the link below.

Hi SITI MAIMANAH BINTI SHAHRI :) As per checking, you need to wait for your old telco to send an SMS to you regarding port out by replying Yes or No. After that, you need to wait for 1- 3 days working days and you will receive an SMS and email confirmation when your number has been ported over successfully. After that, you can insert your SIM into your phone, and you’re ready to start using your SIM!
Thanks :)

Oh waiting to port in rupanya... hope to see you in the community soon! SITI MAIMANAH BINTI SHAHRI

Same here! Activated but show emergency calls only.. I almost give up as really hard to make it done! Waiting for the courier take more than a week, so bad services from freight mark xpress plus bad language when texting/ call customer (they way they converse is rubbish & definitely unofficial)..
Activation process takes few days as a result of failure.. each time, take the whole day keep trying & trying, repeating the each steps..
Today I start from noon till 9pm. Now stated as activated but still "not activated".. Should I hire a company or a team of professionals, engineers etc to do this?

One thing.. if the number is no more available, why don't simply remove it from the list or notify as not available when its selected?
I don't see any logic why should the system (app) proceed to identification process & only notify after add payment is done.. weird & time wasting! Once notified as not available, then need to start over again.. DOES ANYBODY THERE AT YOODO THINK THIS SCENARIO AS LOGIC? Especially the sofware engineer(s) that develope the app/system..
Few times repeating the process.. due to my experince, will never succeed until the app data/ cache data is cleared.
So hard playing with this.. at the moment I am writing this, my yoodo remain at emergency calls only!
Why don't #youdoit# better?

Hi MOHO ARIFF BIN, understand your frustration. I've actually addressed this issue on another (or more) threads as well. Your right that if the number isn't available, it shouldn't show but currently it does, not all the numbers - but the ones it's showing are also the 'nicer' ones that most would want to choose.
We'll definitely be fixing that, I just don't have a tentative date on this yet. Totally agree that it can be frustrating, especially when you have to re-do the whole process from the start, that sux alright! But there really isn't a workaround for this at this moment until there's a proper permanent fix.
In the meantime, I can only say - try again with a different number choice. If there's an update on this, I'll definitely post it up here. Thanks and sorry again for the inconvenience caused by this.

Hi Ariff,
I'm totally understood you in activation process, last week I'm helping 4 friends too and 2 was need to redo as they was too picky in niche numbers.
But facial recognition was instantly as we've get used with this technology, we suggest that let some users upload selfie with paper written date/name and upload manually since this facial recognition is still alien for mostly Malaysians.
Beside that, payment methods is another limitations which caused troubles. Should add FPX online gateway and e-wallet as some banks is extremely slow in sending TAC/OTP.
