payment error during registration
AnsweredHi there! Just wonder if anyone has similar problems while making payment through debit / credit card during the registration process? I have tried 3 debit cards and a credit card but it failed gradually.

Guna debit kad ambil masa terlalu lama untuk disahkan.. Bila guna credit card laju plak.. Kenapa yer.. Debit kad xditerima lagi ker.. Tunggu hujung bulan la baru register balik.. Abeskan kuota telco lain ni dulu.. Bagi la promo 3 hari percuma tuk pelanggan baru ni tuk rasai kelajuan dan kelancaran yoodo

Been having payment error (UNABLE TO CONNECT SSL) since Sunday.contacted live chat told to reboot device, after reboot, i reinstalled app n changed device as well as used a different card. But same issue. Was told that he would send me an email so I can reply for them to escalate this case. No email received, sent a ticket and told would be 2 days for a reply, nothing till now. Having quite a bad experience so far

Hi TAN WNG HONG, not really sure of the issue there but I can't troubleshoot with further details. Unfortunately still have to direct this back to our Live Chat cause if there is an issue, they'll be able to escalate it accordingly for further checking.
As for the RM 1, this is the standard validation check - you are Not charged don't worry. Bank will reimburse it straight away upon validation (similar to how it's like when you use card at petrol kiosk etc)

Hi NG SEA CHOOI, will get someone to check on this and revert back to you as well (although you mentioned it's updated now). All our systems, especially payment and it's display widget work immediately upon successful transactions.
So I'd want to check what happened if it wasn't so as well, thanks for highlighting this!

But check with your bank as well? Majority of the cases so far has been that e-commerce (online banking) hasn't been enabled for the customer's debit card.
