    In the yoodo app, click on the icon on the top left hand corner. You will see your profile and "Add a line" option. Click that and you should be able to request a new sim.

    You may have to wait for 1-2 days to receive them. You could also contact live chat for fast checking of your sim card delivery

    how fast we'll get the pack is depending on the courier company, my pack was delivered by pos express and I received it more than a week after order been made. Since the pack and delivery is free, I am not too pushy about the late received.

  • Puan boleh cuba cadangan En Yazid, sebelum ni saya juga mempunyai masalah yang sama iaitu tidak dapat 'selfie' menggunakan telefon sendiri. Dengan menggunakan telefon kawan, saya berjaya mengaktifkan akaun Yoodo. Pastikan Puan log masuk menggunakan akaun Puan.
