Poor Execution of SIM Delivery
AnsweredI have requested for a SIM delivery since 29th of January. I still haven’t received it and it’s already 1st of January!!! This is one of the SLOWEST SIM delivery I’ve ever experienced! Webe, Digi, Maxis, XOX or even TuneTalk delivers way faster than your Freight Mark Express people. I checked their website and saw that my package arrived early in the morning (30th of January) in their warehouse. They should attempt to deliver it in that day itself! GDEX, FedEx or even other couriers do that. The next day is Thaipusam (31st of January) here. So, no delivery. Never mind. Anticipating the SIM card to be delivered today (1st of February), I called their branch office today and guess what? Their delivery guy is on sick leave and I have to WAIT until tomorrow to get it. Dude! It has been 4 days since I’ve ordered this SIM card. For other carriers, I’ve already received the SIM card by now. What kind of a delivery company has ONLY ONE delivery guy in their office?!! Useless! If I’m going to wait this long for a SIM card, I might as well queue up! Poor execution. Horrible!

Heya, sorry to hear of the surprise delivery issue bit, but I'm glad it's sorted within the time frame! We did a lot of testing prior to launch and so far it's all been good but we understand human error can happen anytime, thus.. we're here to help anyway we can!
Enjoy your Yoodo line and do let us know how it's going in days to come! Cheers 😃😎

from what i've experienced, the delivery will take some times from 1-6 workinh days.thats not including off day and public holidays.Working days definition means 8 hours of working, and pity for them to entertain all the insane customer needs.just give them some times to ensure the smoothness since they are a new brands❤️I'm sure, sooner or later they will open 14 branches along Malaysia to make the delivery smoother.Well, can we consider this as suggestions, Mr @thejeff ? 😉

SYAHRIZAN BIN ISMAIL hey man, you're right actually. We did vigorous testing before the launch and 1 - 3 days normal delivery was not a problem. Even to-date, majority of it gets through as per that time but there's also a few that slips through for different reasons including overwhelming orders (which is a good headache for us).
Do ask everyone who has late delivery issues to please get in touch with our agents via Live Chat - cause that's the only way to check where exactly the hold-up is, and rectify the issue asap. We apologize for this but please know we're working really hard to find a better solution to this asap! Thanks guys!

So this trend of delayed delivery happened since 8 months ago?! WOW!! And Yoodo team still using Freight Mark Courier?! Don't get me wrong, I still wanna support YOODO, but i think the feedback from the users are being very clear now, Freight Mark sucks. Both of the SIM that I ordered on 7th September had been shipped 3 weeks ago. But at the end, Freight Mark just update the tracking status: "Vehicle breakdown", Delivery Rescheduled. Fine, lets wait for another day. Same thing happened, delivery rescheduled. Eventually, after 3 weeks, Freight Mark is still rescheduling the SIM delivery with bunch of lame excuses. The point is why don't YOODO change another courier or another way to deliver the SIM to the users? Seems escalating the issue to the courier is not the most effective way to handle the delay of SIM Card delivery.

@MOHAMMAD ARIFFINBIN ABDUL RAHMAN Yeap, well i appreciate the assistance from Yoodo Team, especially BOB, he helped me a lot on tracking the status of delivery. They are really professional. I just wanna give suggestion for the courier they are using.
@WONG MENG JIAN Well bro, lucky you. Maybe your place got lesser people to search, easier for them to deliver your SIM. Frieght Mark PG, another story bro. Fyi I ordered both my SIM on 7th of Sep, 19th only Freight Mark start the delivery process?! It just doesn't make sense.
Have a look: -
@FAIZUL BIN MOHD DOM, you are one lucky man my buddy. Enjoying Yoodo service already, Im still waiting.
@WONG MENG JIAN Yeah, thats my concern. By the time i get my SIM, mayb the free 20GB promo is no longer valid =/.
@WONG YUEN SERN ikr bro. Its like too crazy d..morning went out for delivery, but noon only rescheduled. Frieght Mark phone not accept by their customer support team, emails are not replied. Frustated with this kind of courier ard bro. -
Bro, i suggest you apply for 2 more free sims again. Just in case the first 2 got lost in Selat Melaka. But if all 4 are delivered, you can use the extra sims to promote Yoodo to your friends and family. Then straight away you can help them to activate and use your referral code to get RM20. Win win situation 😂
