Service is slow and terrible

Asked for the port-out link a week ago, but haven't received it till now. Want to join a new telco company but both parties keep directing the problem to each telco company. Porting out from Yoodo is a hassle. 

Yodoo support keeps sending me port-out guidelines, which is not helpful.

  Send me a port-out link. Support is not helpful at all, keep sending guidelines which I've already done that
