I received an email to port out request. However when i click the link confirmation (gmail apps and chrome on my laptop) nothing happens.

  Hi MOHAMAD AZAD ISRAFILBIN KASMAN

  The email for portout request is valid for 6 hours and you need to reply and open the email (click the link) with Chrome or Safari browser, dont using gmail app.. please check with Yoodo Customer service via Live Chat regarding your portout request status ya, hope it help.

   

  Live Chat operation hours:

  (Mon - Fri 9am to 10pm)

  (Sat & Sun 9am to 6pm)

  From Yoodo app or Yoodo website > head to Help tab > Scroll down & tap on Live Chat button> start your chat and bots will prompt you to the next steps and instruction > wait agents join your chat.

  same... tried all the option

  - right link and open the link in new tab

  - open from browser

  da 3 kali try port out... siap pegi telco center lg request port out... still sama... try di phone, laptop, android, windows, mac... email baru sampai trus tekan sama gak... jgn kan 6 jam, 10 minit pun x sampai lagi still x dapat... tekan yes kluar...
