Cannot Receive SMS OTP From Maybank

    Can your other account received the OTP? or both cannot?

    Actually thats a good question. I don't know. The account was already in use way before I got this Yoodo number. I had gone to the bank branch to change the registered number to this Yoodo number at some point. If there was an SMS OTP needed at that point, it must have been received as I dont remember any issues then. But most probably there was no SMS OTP. And as you know nowadays for transactions and all, its only Secure2u

    In case you are not aware, for first time activation of M2U, SMS OTP is required. It is only after that is done, that we use the MAE app with Secure2u.

    hmmm I read through your post. this is news to me. So far I have no issue with OTP from maybank. But I did have an issue with M2U app because my company account using Maybank. M2U app only allow 1 device per account.
    Have you try insert the SIM on another device and see if it works?

    Already tried another phone. Didn't work. 4 days since I contacted Yoodo and nothing as well. At the bank branch now to change to another, non-Yoodo number.

    Tried this UPDATE one as well, even though it is not a new number or even a ported in number. Also tried the SMS IN one from somewhere else. All didn't work. 

    And until now, no sound from Yoodo. In the end, no choice but to go to the bank this afternoon and change to another non-Yoodo phone number.

    I'm facing the same issue and Yoodo support is not helping, sometimes I received sometimes I didn't.

    Now I cannot receive any sms/otp from JomCharge, FortiClient VPN.

    Sometimes it happened to Zus App...

    Yoodo always give a standard reply:

    1. Restart

    2. Put SIM in another phone

    3. Turn on/off flight mode bla bla bla

    I'm filing the issue with MCMC now.
