Internet Connection Very Poor

Lately, internet connection in my area very poor. even signal show full bar, i still cannot access the internet. Is this really globally happening right now? and the issue still messing around without fast solution. we paid monthly but no internet access. anyone with me?

  Salam Aizuddin. As for me I have no issue with Yoodo data speed since I subscribe to the high-speed plan and also my area have an excellence netwotk.
  Care to share what plan you're currently subscribing? and also your location?
  Few tips to get better connection...
  - High Speed plan
  - Change APN setting (Inside phone setting) to yoodo
  - Location
