How to restart or getting my data line restore
AnsweredI been a loyal supporter of yoodo. Recently i was not aware my subscription went down to zero byte and credited rm50 for my usual rm20 monthly subscription. I could not purchase nor renew my subscription. Simply no way l could go any further.
Please help get my data line restored. Any help appreciated.

Hi, sorry couldn't understand your situation here. Hope you can explain it in more details.
So you are saying your data already finished and Yoodo credited you RM50. That RM50 credited for what transaction?
You can actually top up your data from your existing plan or can even just renew your current plan with your preferred plan via Yoodo app.
Just check, are you using the latest Yoodo app? But by right you should, if not the app will tell you to update it before you login into the app
