  Android phone, but regardless to apa phone as long is phone the package shouldn't happen this way. True or not

  Usually any phone could use add on data at first.u can report via live chat

  Of course, I do reported to live chat and the answer response is feedback to technical team and yet the issue still no resolve.

  I do not have spare phone as I'm not that rich person 😒. As the result above, my FB/WA still remain as 20 GB. Do you think up today i won't stream these 2 app as a common person? 🤔
